D&D – Winter Campout

This campout is held the last weekend of January every year, and is one of the most unique of our campouts! The weather is generally mild with occasional years of surprisingly challenging conditions. Those years tend to be the most memorable! The campout is designed around a six hour adventure race.  The dads and daughters are broken into groups with 4^th – 9^th grade teams represented in each group. They move through stations and are presented with a variety of challenges allowing the older girls to mentor the younger girls, and the younger girls to witness the experienced HATS daughters as role models.
